Officer. Mr. Said has over 39 years of experience in the Water Treatment and Membrane Technology business. He has held positions in all aspects of the water treatment field, including roles as an R&D Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Engineering Manager, Director, Vice President, President, and CEO. During the last 39 years, Mr. Said has set the record for the most reverse osmosis (RO) plants built with over 1,200 MGD RO plants worldwide. Mr. Said successfully founded and eventually sold AEWT, which was a well recognized and successful player in the desalination market.
Chairman of the Board & President
Mr. Kalantar is PAT President and a world recognized desalination, water and wastewater treatment industry executive with 35 years of proven experience in all aspects of the business from engineering and design, project management, manufacturing and international business development to recruitment, operations management, corporate strategy, and finance. Mr. Kalantar was the co‐founder and CEO of two (2) successful industry leading firms: American Engineering Services and American Water Chemicals. Mr. Kalantar was CEO of Doosan Hydro Technology, recognized in 2009 as Desalination Company of the Year by Global Water Intelligence.
Vice President of Operations
Mr. Mohammadi has over 20 years experience in design and manufacturing of Water Filtration and Treatment Equipment. Mr. Mohammadi has two patents and 10 technical publications.
Mr. Iskarous is a veteran environmental engineer with more than 30 years of experience in developing and enforcing federal, state and local hazardous waste management laws and regulations; he is experienced with requirements around RCRA, CERCLA, SARA, CAA, CWA, NEPA, TSCA, SDWA, OSHA, state equivalents acts and regulations, and DOE orders pertaining to environmental protection, ISO 9000 (Quality) and 14000 (Environmental). The aforementioned experience includes project and program management of environmental projects and programs encompassing investigation, characterization, risk management, design, audits, pollution prevention and waste management in both the public and private sectors.
Chief Financial Officer and Legal Counsel
Mr. Said is a results-oriented attorney with proficiency in legal analysis and research, contract negotiation, and drafting. He has the ability to identify, formulate, and execute the strategic direction of the business while considering associated risk. Mr. Said takes a practical approach to complex legal issues and has expertise in transactional matters.
